Guest Rooms

  • Heighten deep cleaning has been implemented throughout the room to clean the spaces with special focus on high touch points including phone, TV remote, fridge and bathroom vanity top.

  • Hospital-grade disinfectant solutions for cleaning and sanitisation.

  • Contactless service upon request.

  • Linens are washed at high temperatures in accordance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.

  • Guests contact minimized through expedited check-in/out process and use of contactless payment.

  • Face masks will be made available upon request for all guests.

  • All guest keys/keycards are pre-sanitised prior to use.

  • Virtual Doctor available 24/7 upon request (chargeable online consultation).

Trained Teams

  • Hotel employees are trained in C.A.R.E.S, following strict guidelines.

  • Health declaration and temperature checks are completed 2 times a day.

  • Employees will be empowered to stay home if unwell, communicate their potential exposure to COVID-19 with management.

  • Public amenities such as fitness centers, swimming pools and meeting rooms will be cleaned on closely monitored schedules with disinfecting chemicals.

  • Gym equipment is arranged to allow guests to exercise at a safe distance.

Common Areas

  • Enhanced sanitisation procedures are in place at the front desk, in the lobby and across guest high touch points throughout the hotel with disinfecting taking place regularly.

  • Furniture in public spaces has been adjusted to maintain safe distancing.

  • An anti-microbial disinfecting coating is applied on high-touch points in the common areas and facilities such as lift buttons and handrails.

  • Hand sanitisers are placed in communal spaces for easy access.

  • Electrostatic sprayers in the lobby and high touch point areas.
