Accounts Officer (Income Audit)

An income auditor is responsible for ensuring that the company’s income is accurately and completely recorded by reviewing financial records, conducting daily audits, and investigating discrepancies.

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of hotels by supporting the income audit function (Room sales only) in daily and monthly reconciliations performed at HQ
• Reconcile sales to payment advice to ensure accuracy of collections
• Review accuracy of rates against approved rate grids
• Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions posted through the hotel Property Management Systems
• Providing ad hoc support to accounts team where required

Job Requirement

• ITE certificate / Diploma in Business or Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and solutions-oriented
• Prior experience in the hotel or F&B industry is a plus
